Before They Told You You Weren’t Enough

I didn’t write this book because I had all the answers.

I wrote it because I once carried the same question that’s haunted so many of us, quietly, silently:

“What if… I’m not enough?”

It wasn’t shouted. It wasn’t obvious.

It showed up in subtle ways — in overthinking, in the hunger to prove myself, in the fear of being seen, and in the constant pressure to be “better,” “more,” “something else.”

At some point, I realised… I wasn’t living my life.

I was living a version of myself that the world had slowly, steadily scripted for me.

And here’s what hurt the most — no one meant to do harm.

It was passed down. From well-meaning parents. Teachers. Bosses. Friends. Society.

Somewhere along the way, our worth got traded for performance.

Our innocence got replaced with expectations.

And our identity… became obedient, polished, tired.

But here’s the truth I came home to — and the truth I invite you to rediscover with me through this book:

You need reclaiming.

This is not a book full of gyaan or positive thinking.

It is a mirror. A companion. A system.

And a movement — to rise without noise, heal without shame, and belong to yourself without apology.

The tools I’ve shared here come from a blend of neuroscience, Indian wisdom, coaching frameworks, and my 25+ years of working with human transformation across companies, classrooms, and coaching rooms.

But more than all that — they come from a very human place.

Of losing myself. Of coming back.

And of walking others home.
